Initial Designs
Our design team takes your ideas and turn them into functional designs. At this stage we review your ideas and budget so you can maximise your project. Our design team strives to understand your fundamental requirements, they can even present you with options that you may never had thought of. All drawings are presented on 2D and 3D options.
Detailed Designs
After you approve the initial designs our designers, architects and engineers provide detailed drawings to by used for applying for the relevant permits.
Our design and project team handle all permit and construction requirements. We will arrange the paperwork and application processes for permits at your city office and we will ensure you renovation complies to all regulations and codes for inspection.
Once we are ready to move forward to the building stage, we prepare our final construction agreement, which will need to be approved before construction commences. This agreement details the overall build, pricing and we provide a critical path detailing trades and material schedules. Your project manager will attend all key milestones of the project and will also be available to you at all times throughout the build process. A project is only completed when all parties agree the work is complete.
